Coshocton Port Authority - Project Coordinator
With the growth of the oil and gas industry in our region, the need to proactively collect a comprehensive inventory of commercial properties and available buildings for lease and sale is crucial to the economic development of our community. The Coshocton Port Authority has received funds to conduct a county wide inventory project to promote the use of the Ohio Insite website, interface with property owners and real estate brokers, collect initial property data, and perform the required data entry and maintenance of the Ohio InSite Database.
The Coshocton Port Authority is seeking a part-time temporary project coordinator to oversee this inventory project. This temporary contract position will be part-time through the end of the project.
The Project Coordinator will be in charge of researching and collecting property information, taking digital photos of property, and updating and maintaining the Ohio InSite database
· Attention to detail
· Experience in real estate data collection
· Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written.
· Computer proficiency in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and Web based systems
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
